Navy and white zig zag quilt

May 25, 2012 by Kim Woodward

I decided that I ought to start another quilt for the nursery. Instead of finishing more pressing projects, like vacuuming or putting away baby clothes.

I used the same Kona solids as on the houndstooth quilt. The pieces are half-square triangles. Now, I just need to bind and wash it.
And then I’ll show it off here. And then, perhaps I’ll even run the vacuum.

Oh Kim! I don’t know how you are doing it! I love the houndstooth–but this one is so so so cool–the design is out of this world and the color contrast of navy and white pop beautifully! Love love love! Can’t wait to see the finished product! Great job chica!

Cuteness! I’m so envious of your quilting skills. And also the fact that you’re going to use the vacuum.

Oh my goodness, Kim! You are such a hoot. I love that you put off housework in order to quilt. Truly a gal after my own heart!
