omg. you are KILLING me with thse chickens! I want them so bad too. and my mom thinks i am seriously crazy. she had chickens growing up... she says they are really dirty. but that coop... it's prestine! i'm forwarding her this link ASAP.

I don't know how to narrowed your list down to just those things, but they are all good. Although I would turn the chicken coop into a dog play house.
