Did you dare?

>> Friday, November 27, 2009

Hope you all had enough turkey and pecan pie that you had to be carted out in a wheelbarrow. Wait... that was just me!?!

And, I hope that you started your day at dawn with a smile on your face, a Starbuck's Chai Tea latte and a list of must-hit stores. Wait... that was just me!?!

Thanks to everyone for participating in the second week of Dare to DIY. So many pretty tables, so little time. I had to look at every link... twice. (Contrary to popular belief, I do actually have a life. I just loved them so much.)

So, here are a few of my favorites from this week. All of which I want to try. Right now.

The Real Simple-esque place settings from Home in the Country.
(And, you must check out her table.... gorgeous.)

The fancy DIY ornament tree and beautiful red accents at Living Life Shiny Side Up
This adorable and thrifty centerpiece with a message Words on Wendhurst.

And, check out this burlap table runner with a lovely bow at the end,
along with the wheat and white pumpkins at Moore Minutes.

Thanks for jumping in this week. I loved seeing all of your creativity.

Can't wait to see what you come up with next week for our digital cookie exchange.

Okay, maybe not. But, Kim usually gets a big smile on her face and says, "They like me, they really like me."
