Our local newspaper ran an wrap-up article about our garden on Sunday. I didn't end up sounding like a complete idiot, so I consider it a success.

Check it out here.

And, in case you cannot get enough Kim, here's the first article that ran about our garden (blogged here).

Kinda random and fun.

9 people have something to say:

YOu should feel like a celebrity...all your hard work pays off!

So cool! And remember how they hinted that you were taking on a bit much for your first year of gardening? You showed them. Congrats.

Wooo!

Great tips for next year--I actually hated my garden this year because pretty much the only thing I got were tomatoes...and more than I had any idea what to do with! I'm hoping J takes over the gardening next year!

Congrats!! The article was really good! And OMG I knew you were from the QC but not RI!!! My great aunt lived there for 40 plus years! My grandmother grew up in Aledo Ill and lived in Moline for awhile :)

oh, wow! I've been reading your blog for a while from a link on a friends page, but never knew where you lived. My dad grew up in Rock Island, and my grandparents lived there for years so we were always taking trips out there to visit them. How fun :)

How so totally cool - I dream of that!

Now I can say, "Hey, I knew that gal before she was famous."

Congrats on the feature... you so deserve it for your fancy green thumbs.

Much love,
Kate

You look beautiful! Love that shot. And OMG, your name and Michelle Obama's name are in the SAME article. In your face, Oprah!!

Please comment on Kim and Ryan's blog! Every time you do, an angel gets it's wings.

Okay, maybe not. But, Kim usually gets a big smile on her face and says, "They like me, they really like me."
